All ViGi products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship at the time of purchase and for a subsequent period of one (1) year. All original accessory delivered with the product are covered by a one (1) year warranty period from date of purchase.
Within this period, ViG Services Pte Ltd, will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components which fall in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated herein, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
1) The warranty is valid only if the original proof of purchase, warranty card issued to the original purchaser by a ViGi authorized dealer, specifying the date of purchase and serial number and online product warranty registration confirmation email,, for this Product, is presented with the Product to be repaired or replaced. ViG Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse warranty service if this information has been removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from the dealer.
2) Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
3) This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
4) ViGi retains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Repair or replacement may involve the use of functionality equivalent reconditioned units. Replaced parts or components will become the property of ViG Services Pte Ltd.
5) There are No Express Warranties, whether written or oral, other than this printed Limited Warranty. All implied warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. In no event, shall ViGi be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse or inability to use the product or from the defects in the product.
6) The warranty provided does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable legislation in force, nor the consumer’s rights against the dealer arising from their sales / purchase contract.
